I went up to Markland Dam, up by Warsaw, looking for Rusty Blackbirds but did not find any. I did however, see some good birds there and at the Falls of the Ohio today (Sunday, Feb 15).

I also had what looked like a different gull. This gull was about the same size as the Ring-billed Gull and looked a lot like a ring-billed. It had a all white tail, all white underneath, a gray mantle with white on the trailing edge of the wing, and all black wing tips. It also looked like it had a black smudge by the eye and a largish bill. Anyone want to venture a guess?
