[birdky] Red-necked Phalarope Retraction

After going through more images of the godwit, I found one showing the
phalarope better, and it was indeed a Wilson's after all. The "wing-bar" that
was showing was light striking the tips of the greater coverts.

The neck-stripe was somewhat atypical of a male Wilson's with reddish extending
forward and more under the throat than usual. I can certainly understand
David's suggestion of Red-necked, and realized that it must have been that also
which caused my feeling of something being odd about the bird.

My most sincere apology goes out to David and those who may have been confused
or inconvenienced.
