Notes: Birded the WCMA (FOSP, Ashland Park, Shippingport Island and Hydro Dam
area)

White-winged Scoter 1 (seen from Ashland Park, feeding with a group of scaup
in middle of river, probably the same scoter that's been around Buckhead's)

Bald Eagle 1 (preched in tree below hydrodam). No activity at old nest site.
