[birdky] RPT: Thursday

This report is a repeat of a report I attempted to send yesterday.  I can
find no record of that report and I have not received my "copy".  I
therefore assume either user error or Hyperspace Phantom activity.
 
Yesterday, 09 October, I casually birded Linton Bay in Trigg County.  There,
I observed the following:
 

*       ~ 50 Green-winged Teal,
*       14 Turkey Vultures,
*       ~15 Great Blue Heron, (including ~10 over the main lake)
*       ~50 Great Egrets, (including ~40 over the main lake)
*       ~20 Killdeer
*       17 Least Sandpipers,
*       1 (presumed Ruby-throated) Hummingbird,
*       2 Golden-crowned Kinglets, and
*       1 Ruby-crowned Kinglet

On the way home, I stopped by an essentially drained Lake Morris, in
Christian County.  Observations of possible note included a single Greater
Yellowlegs, a single Pied-billed Grebe, and a single Black-throated Green
Warbler.
 
I also made a quick stop at the northeast corner basin of Guthrie Swamp, in
Todd County.  Observed there were:
 

*       1 Bald Eagle (adult),
*       4 Great Blue Heron,
*       ~50 Killdeer, & 
*       6 Least Sandpipers.

Footnote, today I observed a single Eurasian Collared-Dove in Adairville,
Logan County, while driving to Nashville.
 
That concludes this report.  I hope this does not constitute a duplicate.
