[birdky] RPT: Snow buntings & rough-legged hawk

Some Jefferson / Oldham County birding today.
In addition to those already reported, we had the following today:
* Chamberlain Lane: Flock of 200+ mostly horned larks, but at least 5
snow buntings mixed in, including a beautiful male. No longspurs found.
Same location: male, dark-phase rough-legged hawk (just over the line in
Oldham Co.)
* Reformatory Lake: At least one snow bunting in with the horned larks
around the cattle feedlot. Also at least 2 cackling geese. Lake was almost
completely frozen, so not a lot of waterfowl around.
