[birdky] RPT: Red-necked Grebe at Green River Lake

Eddie Huber and I saw a Red-necked Grebe on Green River Lake today. Eddie first 
spotted it downstream (left or north) of the "Site 1" Boat Ramp.  We then got 
our best views of the bird from the Corps of Engineers office by looking down 
thru the trees.
