[birdky] RPT: More on Sooty Tern

Just talked to Gary. He retrieved the adult Sooty Tern from the pavement of
US 119, just below the crest of Pine Mountain on the upper south slope,
yesterday morning, September 9th. This is in Letcher County near Whitesburg,
a stone's throw from the "tower" hawk watch spot on the crest just east of
US 119. Said the specimen is in great shape; looked like it had a broken
wing. Conditions were dreary and foggy at the time.
