[birdky] RPT: Logan County, Lake Herndon

I visited Lake Herndon this afternoon late.   The lake visible from the Boy
Scouts Boat Ramp (permission required), was mostly frozen.  A patch of open
water to the north of the ramp revealed:
 

*       Cackling Goose, 2
*       Canada Goose, 18 &
*       Canvasback, 5

On the short drive through Russellville, 2 Eurasian Collared-Doves were
observed along KY 96.
 
That concluded this report.
