This report is from Evelyn Morgan in Elliott County today. Her power is
still out. She has about 30 snow buntings and 30 horned larks feeding on
cracked corn and millet seed in the cow pasture near her father's property.
The birds are very easy to get to and see if anyone is interested. They are
located on Mauk Ridge (Rt. 504).
