[birdky] RPT: Crossbills continue at Lex Cem and conditions at Land Between the Lakes

Dave Svetich called this morning to report about a dozen White-winged
Crossbills in a hemlock north of the Henry Clay statue in the Lex.

Also ... I received the following information from Bill Lisowsky
regarding road conditions at Land Between the Lakes ... I don't think
he'd mind me passing this info along:
 
We're reeling from this, no doubt, but it does get better as you get
close to the TN line. The Trace is now open and in two weeks, we've got
about 70 miles cleared of the 350 miles that got hammered; so, it will
take a while. We're shooting for most things to be operational by 4/1.
We will start opening things up by quadrant I think, starting with paved
roads and working back towards the gravel roads.
