[birdky] RPT: Black Scoters at Louisville

I had an appt in downtown Louisville this morning, so I dropped by the
river for a quick look at the main spots afterwards. Besides 5 Lesser Scaup
in the main basin above the dam, the only birds on the river were 3
female/imm. Black Scoters above the "Big Four" bridge.
