Does anyone know where the state line is at that location? (Is this bird in 
KY?) In some spots, the line is north of the river.

  Staff from the Falls of the Ohio found an American Avocet at the Falls of the 
Ohio this morning. It was still there at noon. I just came in to check email 
and am forwarding the report from Alan Goldstein.
