[birdky] Probable Neotropic Cormorant in Muhlenberg County

Brainard just called to report what he feels fairly confident is a Neotropic
Cormorant with 3 Double-crested at the lower (main) ash basin at the
Paradise Plant in Muhlenberg County. He said the birds were initially
sitting on the yellow ring in the water but have since moved out into open
water to feed. Among other things, the Neotropic is notably smaller.

The easiest way to reach the location for most everyone is to take the
Western Kentucky Parkway to the Central City exit (exit 58) and travel south
on 431 to Drakesboro. Turn left (east) at the light (176) and proceed to the
power plant. Just before you would enter the plant and the road end, turn
right (south) on a gravel road and go over the railroad tracks and under a
converyor belt. The turnoff for the lake is within a quarter mile or so on
your right and the road goes around the basin almost immediately.

I'm sure Brainard will post more later when he returns.
