[birdky] Possible Cinnamon Teal at McElroy

I had intended to mention in my last post that there was a female teal at
McElroy on the 15th that may have been a Cinnamon. She showed the typical
features of a female Cinnamon including richer plumage, less distinct facial
markings, and longer bill. Distance and heat distortion prevented close study
but it would be worth keeping her in mind if visiting the area.
