In addition to the birds that Mark reported, a Bald
Eagle and fly-over Lapland Longspur were also recorded
on the Sinclair Unit, as were DC Cormorant,
Bufflehead, and Lesser Scaup.

This afternoon, Robert and Bonnie Dever and Mary
Walter and I birded the Homestead Unit in Ohio County.
 Birds of particular interest observed were:

Cackling Goose  4 photographed  Island Lake
Gadwall
Ring-necked Duck
N Harrier several
Sharp-shinned Hawk
Cooper's Hawk
Rough-legged Hawk 2
Dark-morph harlani Red-tailed Hawk adult

Pine Siskins and the Selasphorus hummer continue to be
observed daily at my home in Warren County.
