[birdky] Parasitic and Long-tailed Jaegers at Barren

The presence of 2 jaegers at Barren Reservoir was verified today as both birds
spent much of the day together. In addition to the juvenile Long-tailed
confirmed yesterday, excellent looks today confirmed that there is also a
juvenile Parasitic present. They spent most of the day in the area best viewed
from Peninsula parking lot, with extended periods spent resting on the water.
