[birdky] Nesting Kites & Fulton Co.

The Mississippi Kite at Long Point was sitting on the nest today. I did not
see any sign of chicks yet. Open pond is dry and there were no Black Necked
Stilts visible. Least Terns were seen at several locations. Shorebirds were
scarce, I did see one Lesser Yellowlegs and one Greater Yellowlegs in TN.
The water is going fast, if it doesn't rain soon there won't be much
shorebird habitat in Fulton County. Wouldn't it be nice if we had a
shorebird conservation plan in KY?
