[birdky] Mitchell Lake Habitat Update

Spent a few minutes driving around Ballard WMA in heavy rain about an hour ago. 
 Mitchell Lake is up substantially from yesterday with water covering 
previously exposed mud.  All but 3 yellowlegs have abandoned the bar which is 
mostly green now.  From the levee there are still several yellowlegs and stilts 
at the far north end.  I also saw about 100 sandpipers of some kind flying 
around and landing at the far north end as well as at least 50 ducks sitting on 
that end ( most likely blue-w teal).    This appears to be the best remaining 
habitat.
