[birdky] Mississippi Kites in Jefferson County

Two Mississippi kites were seen this evening in Tom Sawyer State Park in 
eastern Jefferson County. The birds were hawking insects in the sky above the 
parking lot near the ranger station. They circled for several minutes and 
then disappeared from view. This was the first time we have seen these birds 
in Jefferson County.
