I spent the day at McElroy and was joined in the morning by Tom Durbin with the 
following highlights:

Mallard (female w/1st brood seen 10+ ducklings)
Surf Scoter
Peregrine Falcon
Black-bellied Plover (17)
Semipalmated Plover (800-1000)
Killdeer
Black-necked Stilt
Hudsonian Godwit (2 male and female)
Greater Yellowlegs (2)
Lesser Yellowlegs (50+)
Solitary Sandpiper
Spotted Sandpiper (12-15+)
Ruddy Turnstone (2)
Sanderling
Semipalmated Sandpiper (400+)
Least Sandpiper (800+)
White-rumped Sandpiper (~50)
Pectoral Sandpiper (~50)
Dunlin (350-400)
Stilt Sandpiper (10-12)
Short-billed Dowitcher (50+ w/ at least 1-2 L.g.griseus)
Red-necked Phalarope 
Black Tern 
Bobolink
