[birdky] McCracken County Spotted Towhee

I have received belated word that the Spotted Towhee was observed during the
Mermet IL/KY CBC on 31 December 2005.  I have no other details.  The Mermet
IL/KY and the Ballard Co. CBC have a small area of overlap that includes the
area of the Towhee.
