[birdky] Lake #9 and Fulton County 7/20

The weather was forecast to be picture perfect so we headed toward Fulton
County. We were not disappointed by the weather or the birds. Most of the
wet
spots and sloughs are dry or on the verge of being dried out. Snakes seem
to be especially disturbed and were seen taking advantage of the last
remaining wet spots.
