[birdky] Ky Lake 15 March 2004 Yellow-billed Loon

Mary Walter, along with Robert Dever and I observed
the Yellow-billed Loon in the previously described
location at approximately 1100-1200 cst today.  The
bird remained approximately 600-800 yards from shore. 
I was able to obtain some diagnostic video through my
scope.

Other birds of interest observed today include:

Red-necked Grebe  From end of hwy 962

Red-throated Loon   Juvenile appr. 1 mile above dam

Glaucous Gull (2)  first yr. birds above dam and at
Little Bear Creek boat ramp

Osprey   2 birds at Ky Dam
