Location:     Kentucky Dam
Observation date:   12/10/08
Notes:     Melissa and I first saw the  Brown Pelican on the concrete slab 
below KY Dam.  It wandered around the  slab and took to flight for a few 
minutes 
then returned to its resting  spot.
