[birdky] KY DAM area

Here is a small list of birds seen on Sunday.

Long-tailed Duck- a beautiful male seen from the western pull off site
Bald Eagle- 5
Double-crested Cormorant- an injured bird unable to fly at Barkley Dam
Thayer's Gull- an adult bird on a buoy at Little Bear Creek
Canvasback- 35
Greater Scaup
Lesser Scaup
Common Goldeneye- hundreds

There were hundreds of gulls at Smithland Dam but no rarities

I found a loon at Little Bear Creek which looked like a Pacific Loon
but it was just to far away for a positive ID
