[birdky] Re: KOS meeting

KOS thanks you for your attendance.  Your presence added a certain richness
to the meeting that would not have been present in your absence.  It was
really nice to meet you and to talk with you.  We all hope that you will
come back next spring to the Central City Convention Center and Inn when the
focus of the meeting with be the reclaimed strip mines of the Peabody
Wildlife Management Area.  Thanks for joining us.  Your drive dwarfed all of
ours.

The four Missourians (Jerry, Bonnie Heidy, Della Rhoades and I) wish  
to thank all the folks at the KOS fall meeting.  You were gracious  
hosts and we had a delightful time.  I lost track of how many times  
one of us commented how beautiful Kentucky is as we birded and drove  
the length of the state. [I sure hope great, great, great grandmother  
Collins gave William a good talking to for moving the family away  
from civilization in Kentucky in 1828 to the wilderness of Missouri.]

Thanks to all--we'll catch you in the field soon.
