37 degrees F. and a drizzling rain.
Five Black-Bellied Plovers, along with 2 Wilson's Snipe and 12 Least Sandpipers
were feeding on the soggy mudflats this afternoon. Did not see any signs of
Whoopers, but we know they are in Marshall County bedding down for the night
and probably tomorrow too with this weather.
Brainard, is this a late date for the plovers?
