[birdky] Ivory-billed Woodpeckers & Brinkley Arkansas (no sightings)

I was on my way back from the Dallas, Texas, area today (10/16).

On I-40 coming from the west, Brinkley has half-a-billboard with a giant
Ivory-billed Woodpecker and saying something about home of the Ivory- 
billed Woodpecker.
I'm not too sure what it said, its hard to read billboards and drive  
70mph and dodge semi-trucks.
