White Ibis is on the KBRC Review list.  All records of White Ibis should
be carefully documented, including detailed description and or
photograph.  Paper documentations should be sent to Lee McNeely (P.O.
Box 463, Burlington, KY 41005.  Electronic Documentations should be sent
to Lee through me at my work address, mbennett@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  A list
of birds needing further documentation in Kentucky and other information
regarding the KBRC is available at the link below:
