[birdky] INFO: Access to Kentucky Dam

Progress on the construction at Kentucky Dam has been slow this year primarily 
due to all the spring flooding. However, I contacted TVA this week to see if 
they were still shooting for late summer/early fall opening of the new access 
road onto the dam. I was told that they hope that the new access road will be 
open by Labor Day weekend ... :o)
