[birdky] House Finches

The House Finches at my feeders have developed the dreaded eye disease.  Going 
from 1 bird about 3 weeks ago, to at least 4 now, it seems to be rapidly 
progressing.  Anyone have thoughts about how to control / get rid of this?  
Does it just run it's course?                                          Linda
