So after sitting in the dentists chair for 2 hours this morning I
managed to get out to Horseshoe Road around 11:30 today.
There were 2 other birders leaving & we stopped to talk for a minute.
They were doing a shorebird census.
I've forgotten their names.
Anyway:
Surfscoter! ( my first ever)
Lesser scaup (female)
Mallards 2 pair
Semi. plovers
Killdeer
Blk bellied plover
Lesser yellowlegs
Dunlin
Dowitcher
Semi. sandpiper
Least terns - 2
Charlie
Henderson Co.
