I sowed my tobacco patch early this year, Orchard Grass only, no wheat. Wheat
makes crummy, hard to cure hay and you can't get anybody to combine a small
patch for grain nowadays.
A small flock of Horned Larks has been frequenting the freshly sowed ground
lately. Most are juveniles and each one looks a little different. I keep
thinking one will turn out to be some different species, but none of them do.
