Audubon Park
I checked the Cooper's Hawk nest at Atkinson Park. The Oak has leafed out so much that 
the nest is only visible from 2 locations and nothing was noted.

Water from the Ohio is flowing through 268 slough (River slough) and is over the road near 136/Alzey-Uniontown Road intersection. 
Looks pretty good for putting water in Horseshoe Road slough.
