Eddie Huber, Mary Yandell, and I  watched the TN reeve from 9:00-9:20 this 
morning. It disappeared when we were looking at pictures instead of the bird.

Saw only 100 or so waders at Lake #9.

This report could be a copy of David's repot from earlier in the  
week.  I also had 12 species of shorebirds.  I did not see a dowitcher  
but had a Bairds in the upper Hickman bottoms.  I spent 3 hours out  
there enjoying the feathers of juvenile Least Sandpipers.
The young least terns were healthy and following their parents around  
the water hole.
Just across the TN line I spotted a RUFF in the remaining water near  
the Phillippy Road.  A good to add to the day.
The egret roost at Lake 9 is something to behold. I set up a chair and  
scope to enjoy the show.  If you come to see them bring your bug  
spray, the biting flies are terrible.
