[birdky] Fulton county 8/8/8

This report could be a copy of David's repot from earlier in the week. I also had 12 species of shorebirds. I did not see a dowitcher but had a Bairds in the upper Hickman bottoms. I spent 3 hours out there enjoying the feathers of juvenile Least Sandpipers. The young least terns were healthy and following their parents around the water hole. Just across the TN line I spotted a RUFF in the remaining water near the Phillippy Road. A good to add to the day. The egret roost at Lake 9 is something to behold. I set up a chair and scope to enjoy the show. If you come to see them bring your bug spray, the biting flies are terrible.
