[birdky] Field Trip to Henderson/Union counties -- Aug 17, 2002

Beckham Bird Club/KOS will be cosponsoring a previously unnanounced field
trip to Henderson and Union counties on Saturday, August 17, 2002.  Targets
for the day will be waterbirds, hopefully migrant shorebirds?  I'll be the
leader. We will meet at the McDonald's on US 41 in Henderson at 8:00 a.m.
CDT.  If you are interested in coming and will be traveling from the west,
send me an email for possible alternative meeting location.  I don't think
we'll be doing much mud wading, but you never know . . .  Be sure to bring a
lunch to eat out on the road and plenty of liquids (it's still summer!).
