Location:     Falls of the Ohio (KY) up to Port of Jeffersonville 
Observation date:     1/6/11 (from 0900 to 1200)

Notes: Spent time birding the IN DNR mid-winter waterfowl count.  The 
white-winged scoter is still present between Buckheads and the I-65 bridge. The 
Green-winged Teal and most of the Gadwalls were flushed from Loop Island 
Wetlands(90% frozen).
