[birdky] Falls Dec 7 morning

Mary and I checked the Falls this morning, but did not see yesterday’s
glaucous gull. Gull numbers were down slightly from yesterday evening’s
peak.
Other birds of note:
* surf scoter
* common loon
* common goldeneye, male and 4 females
* bufflehead
* 240 sandhill cranes in 4-5 groups, calling and swirling overhead
* adult bald eagle (scattered the gulls just when I was trying to turn one
of them into something interesting)
* peregrine falcon (near, but not at the Falls)
* horned grebes
* green-winged teal.
