[birdky] FYI: Nature Plate Voting

In case you hadn't heard, the state is soliciting input for a new nature
license plate. Unfortunately, the Kentucky Warbler is not to return, but
if there are any that you DO like, you should make your vote count!
Apparently, if the three current plates continue to be the most popular,
a new one might not be added; however, many votes for a new particular
plate will likely spell retirement of one of the current plates in favor
of the new one.
