[birdky] FW: Mottled Duck

Thanks for Dave's analysis. I am going to go back down to the area for a
couple of other things today, Monday. Will include a stop by that slough on
Horseshoe Road during mid-day. If anyone else is in the area, there seems to
be cell coverage from Evansville area. My cell is 502/330-3998.

The slough is fairly extensive and there are other bodies of water in the
area; could be another Somerset Brant, skipping about??? I will try to pass
along info of a resighting today.

I will try to get a few of the photos posted to KOS web site tomorrow and
perhaps Dave can add some interpretive text of them.

the unusual duck he reported from Henderson County and
it is a Mottled Duck, appearing to be of the maculosa
race.  I'll let him fill in the details.
