My wife and I did a quick walk around the property this afternoon and had 
several FOS for us, including Yel-bel Sapsucker, Wht-cr Sparrow, Wht-thr 
Sparrow 
and Golden-cr Kinglet. Did not see any Palm Warblers but still had Tennessee, 
Bay-br and Blk-thr Green.
