[birdky] Eastern Phoebe

We've got a very cold-looking Eastern Phoebe around our place today. It
seems to be hanging out mostly in our detached garage. The 1988 Annotated
Checklist says, "A few individuals seem to remain along protected streams and
lake margins during milder winters." ("Milder", huh?) Where we've seen it
is about 50-75 yards from the edge of our (unprotected) bluff above
Herrington Lake. What in the *world* could it be eating?!
