[birdky] EKBC Outing at Cave Run Lake

More than 60 hardy folks came by to see the nesting pair of eagles.  One 
immature was seen several times during the outing.   On Friday Lew Kornman, 
Fred Busroe, Steve Bonney and I did the annual eagle survey at CRL.   We had a 
total of 9 birds, 3 adults and 6 immatures.  Steve and I saw the 5 Mute Swans 
at Clear Creek Lake and another 3 at Zilpo.  There is a good mix of waterfowl 
at Shallow Flats.  
   
  EKBC will have an outing the second Saturday of each month.   We plan to 
visit Fish and Wildlife management areas in Eastern KY, to begin compling 
species list for those area.  Everyone is welcome.
