[birdky] Dot-Oct 23, 2002

This morning a Swamp Sparrow came out from under the shelter of the pond edge
vegetation for one brief pose. Each day lately Yellow-rumped Warblers have been
plentiful everywhere around my place but it took a walk to a neighboring farm
today to turn up some Tennessee Warblers in a corn stubble field at the edge of
a woods. Also saw a Golden-crowned Kinglet in the creek woods.
Chipmunks seem to be getting more plentiful every year.
