KENTUCKY 
Long-tailed Duck (2 w/an adult male above the western-most pull-off)
Thayer's Gull (adult)
Glaucous Gull (3 first or second-cycle)
Lesser Black-backed Gull (second-cycle)

BARKLEY
Snow Goose (adult light-morph)
Am White Pelican (~35)

SMITHLAND
Am White Pelican (10 northbound)

The flow below Ky Dam was greatly reduced and the gulls were more scattered 
today.  This also affected the eagles with only 3 seen below the dam.
