[birdky] Cackling Goose name solution

Well, I still feel like Dan Rather, but at least I found out what happened
on the Cackling/Canada Goose names.  Someone posted a relatively
authoritative-looking summary of the AOU's 45th Supplement to a listserve
back in July.  This post mistakenly used the names Anser hutchinsii and
Anser canadensis in it. What is actually somewhat humorous and amazing about
it is that various folks like myself have picked up that summary second and
third hand and are perpetuating the mistake in our posts/articles across the
country!  I've actually had a fairly interesting series of emails with
several folks about it today. I guess I'll initiate employment of a fact
checker immediately.
