[birdky] Brown Pelican continues

The Brown Pelican was seen yesterday be several CBC participants.  It  was 
feeding and loafing below KY Dam.  It was best seen from the west side  parking 
lot.
Four Black-bellied Plovers and five Western Sandpipers were seen at  Jonathan 
Creek.  Two Lesser Black-backed gulls were  reported by David  Roemer and Tom 
Durbin from Barkley Dam.  David also picked out a first  cycle Thayer's gull 
below KY Dam.
