Today was the best ³duck day² that I¹ve had this spring. When I left school today I found the following at Marydale: 9 Coots 11 Hooded Mergansers 2 Bufflehead 4 Northern Shovelers 6 Wood Ducks 1 Pied-billed Grebe I was totally shut out at Camp Ernst......too many fishermen and a boat on the lake.
