[birdky] Bird questions

I am preparing a stamp exhibit entitled "Birds of Kentucky" which will
feature birds found in Kentucky that appear on postage or conservation
stamps. There will also be some pages on J. J. Audubon. Any bird that
lives in Kentucky or passes through at some time during the year will be
included, as well as accidentals that have been reported more than once on
KY Birdline. I need help with some points (and may have other questions in
the future). Present questions:

Sibley maps would indicate that the following birds are found somewhere in
Kentucky year round and therefore, may nest:
  DC Cormorant (western Kentucky)
  Long-eared owl (eastern Kentucky)
Black-capped chickadee (eastern Kentucky (Black Mountain?)
D E Junco (eastern Kentucky, although I have seen them in Madison and
Floyd Counties in summer)

  Other questions:
Has the Ring necked pheasant been observed in Kentucky?
Was the Carolina parakeet ever a resident of Kentucky at any time of the
year?
Does the Yellow-rumped warbler nest in Kentucky?

 Any help is appreciated.
